Solomon's Castle Tour

That single-minded creator, the King of the Castle, Howard S. Solomon, is the kind of Renaissance Man, whose individualistic search for creative solitude now draws people by the busloads (literally) to his front door, or moat, if you will. Grant yourself a half-day for this grandiose amazement, knowing that an easy drive will take you to this wonderfully picturesque scene, midst oaks and palmettos beside winding Horse Creek.

	Lunch, "fit for a King" is served from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on "The Boat in The Moat", a replica of a 60 foot 16th century Spanish galleon, also built by the artist, Howard S. Solomon.
Cross the drawbridge over the moat, you might even see the resident alligator, and enjoy a walk along the magnificent nature trail.
	Make arrangements for a longer visit. The "Blue Moon Room", a cozy suite located in the East Wing, is available for overnight or weekend stays.
We don't have a Jurassic Park, but our Gift Shop has a Jurassic Beam and many other treasures.
